Packaging Associate
Full-Time Position
Compensation is $16 – $18/hour depending on experience.
High Road Edibles is a forward-thinking cannabis edibles wholesaler based in Missoula, Montana. We’re dedicated to providing high-quality products to our dispensary partners across the state and are looking for a passionate and driven Packaging Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Learns and performs efficient techniques for packaging edibles.
- Cleans production areas to ensure no cross-contamination occurs.
- Performs duties in a safe and compliant manner while adhering to all governmental regulations for the cannabis industry.
- Assists in monitoring supplies and inventory.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Montana Cannabis Control marijuana worker permit required.

- Effective communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and improve each task and our overall process.
Working Environment & Conditions
- Stand or sit for long periods of time, frequent bending, ambient temperature.
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving and making adjustments to process equipment.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks (i.e., weighing products, boxing, labeling).
- Welcome to listen to music, podcasts, audiobooks, etc., via headphones while working.

We’re dedicated to providing high-quality products to our dispensary partners across the state and are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Director to join our team and work closely with our retailers.
Job Summary
High Road Edibles is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Montana. This role is crucial in driving growth for both of our brands (High Road Edibles and Forge Canna), managing sales activities, and fostering relationships with key accounts across the state. The Sales Director will work closely with the CEO, COO, and Marketing Director to set and meet quarterly goals, execute sales and marketing strategies, and ensure our products are positioned competitively in the market. This position also manages High Road’s Brand Ambassador.
You’re an ideal candidate for this role if you are a proactive communicator who excels at building strong relationships and possesses a natural understanding of business.
Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate all sales activities for High Road Edibles and Forge Canna in the Montana market.
Manage and maintain relationships with all accounts, including dispensary owners and key decision-makers.
Set and review quarterly sales goals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Develop and manage promotional strategies and budgets on a quarterly basis.
Oversee the sales strategy, including day-to-day decisions and long-term planning.
Collaborate with the CEO and COO on pricing strategies and promotional opportunities specific to the state.
Track customer interactions and sales activities through HubSpot software.
Lead new product launches and provide input on market strategy.
Facilitate weekly sales meetings to align the team on goals and performance.
Coordinate with the Marketing Director on merchandising, promotional materials, and displays.
Ensure effective budtender education, merchandising, and in-store pop-up events.
Spend at least 2 – 3 days/week in the field, visiting accounts and engaging with retail teams.
Uphold and promote High Road Edibles’ supportive company culture.
Expectations
Demonstrate a passion for High Road Edibles/Forge Canna and extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry.
Use persuasive sales abilities to effectively position products against competitors and build market share.
Cultivate constructive, long-term relationships with both internal team members and external partners, especially major account buyers.
Exhibit persistence, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms with all levels of the organization.
Maintain flexibility in your schedule with availability for some weekends and evenings.
Show a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building strong rapport with clients and team members.
Qualifications
Proven experience in relationship management, marketing, or a related business field.
Knowledge of the Montana cannabis market is preferred.
Ability to travel as required.
Excellent organizational skills.
Passion for High Road’s products.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record. Occasional use of a personal vehicle may be required, with mileage reimbursement provided at standard rates.
Compensation
Starting salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year (DOE) with additional earning potential through a commission structure based on total sales revenue. Expected annual commission ranges from $10,000 to $15,000, with the opportunity to increase based on exceptional sales performance. This structure offers motivated team members the potential to significantly increase their earnings as they grow in the role.
