Sales Representative
Full-Time Position
High Road Edibles is a chef-founded cannabis edibles wholesaler based in Missoula, Montana. Our mission is to create thoughtful, high-quality cannabis products that stand out on dispensary shelves and deliver reliable experiences for consumers. With two distinct product lines — High Road Edibles and Forge Canna — we serve retail partners across Montana.
Job Summary
We’re looking for a Sales Representative to help execute our sales and marketing efforts in the field. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting retail accounts, and representing a trusted brand. — but doesn’t need to be the one crafting sales strategy from scratch. You’ll work closely with our CEO, COO, marketing director, and brand ambassador to keep retailers stocked, supported, and excited to sell our products. You’ll also play a key role in tracking and influencing sell-through by helping prioritize retail outreach and ensuring timely, accurate order processing.

Responsibilities
Retail Account Support
Visit dispensary partners 2 – 3 days/week to check in, restock marketing materials, and gather feedback.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for budtenders and store buyers, relaying updates and collecting input for the internal team.
Monitor product placement, inventory, and merchandising conditions at stores.
Assist with reorders or fulfillment issues as needed.
Prospect new retail partners to support account growth.
Brand Representation & Field Marketing
Host pop-ups, product demos, and sampling events to drive consumer interest and educate staff.
Represent High Road and Forge Canna at industry events and trade shows.
Deliver educational materials, swag, and promotional kits to accounts.
Sales Admin & Internal Support
Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated with visit notes, contact info, sales activity, and account priorities.
Receive and input orders from retail partners, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with fulfillment and logistics.
Help identify top sales opportunities and prioritize store visits based on growth potential, reorder frequency, and promotional cycles.
Coordinate with inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure deliveries meet store timelines and expectations.
Track and restock marketing materials and branded assets across accounts.
Support leadership and brand ambassador with territory planning, event logistics, and other special projects as needed.
Expectations
Demonstrate a passion for High Road Edibles/Forge Canna and extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry.
Be professional, upbeat, and an excellent communicator in person and over email.
Take initiative and stay organized while working independently on the road.
Be comfortable juggling travel, relationship-building, and administrative follow-up.
Be proactive about identifying opportunities for increased sales or visibility within key accounts.
Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate store visits, events, and travel.
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, account management, retail, or event work.
Familiarity with the Montana cannabis market is a plus.
Must be comfortable with frequent in-state travel and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proficient in Gmail, spreadsheets, and CRM tools (or quick to learn).
Passionate about cannabis and helping dispensary teams succeed.
Compensation
Starting salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year (DOE) with additional earning potential through a commission structure based on new sales revenue. We also offer bonuses twice per year and annual performance reviews.
